As a licensed General Contractor, I provide additional services to my customers besides custom home building. These services include:

Residential Site Consultation -
I can provides you with consultation on lot issues, or help you find the land you looking for. If you are considering purchasing a residential lot, I offer this service and accompanying report that outlines lot issues, septic considerations, well considerations, soil and grade conditions, home placement, and help with HOA requirements.

Purchasing Inspections -
Licensed home inspectors, many times, do not have the knowledge to explain to buyers, the nature of construction issues and costs associated with repairs. Buyers purchase a home and are surprised that costs to repair exceed their expectations. I help my customers enter into the process with clear expectations. This service can be provided for building lots and existing homes!

Building Lots -
Most times, I have a small inventory of new building lots in great locations. Minimum homes sizes range on these lots from 1,500 - 2,800 sq. ft. in all price ranges. Call me for a consultation about home sizes and areas in the Lake Norman/Denver/Iron Station/Maiden/Newton area. These areas of North Carolina are growing quickly!
